When is my coffee roasted?
Every order is roasted after it’s placed. Your coffee is not sitting in inventory waiting to ship.
How fresh will it be when it arrives?
Typically within a few days of roasting. You’re getting coffee at peak freshness, not weeks or months old.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually roasted and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery timing depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within a few days after shipment.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states.
Which blend should I start with?
If you’re unsure:
Gaia → balanced, everyday coffee
Hemera → brighter, more expressive
Epona → darker, fuller-bodied
Kona Waves → smooth, mellow, premium option
Should I order whole bean or ground?
Whole bean is best for freshness if you have a grinder. If not, choose ground for your brew method and it will be ready to use.
Which coffees work best for espresso?
LUCINA is designed for espresso. EPONA and Fade to Black also hold up well for a stronger, darker shot.
Do your coffees work with milk?
Yes. Gaia and Epona are especially good with milk. Darker roasts will cut through milk more; lighter roasts are best black or with a small amount.
